This role operates within a remote telehealth framework, granting you the flexibility to deliver services through virtual channels while maintaining a strong connection with clients. The schedule is Monday to Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a structured and predictable work routine.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage an individualized caseload of clients, fostering rapport and developing positive therapeutic relationships while upholding professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular sessions with clients to evaluate their progress, address stability, schedule appointments, and facilitate appropriate discharges when necessary.

• Design, implement, and assess person-centered treatment plans tailored to each client's unique needs and goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation, including progress notes and treatment updates for each client.

• Conduct comprehensive intake assessments to evaluate new clients’ needs and paint a complete picture of their mental health status.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions each week, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to offer effective interventions.

• Engage in regular individual supervision sessions to enhance clinical skills and ensure high-quality service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will primarily focus on an outpatient population consisting of diverse clients, from community members dealing with various mental health challenges to families in need of supportive counseling. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in mental health counseling or a related field.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), demonstrating your ability to practice independently without restrictions.

• The annual salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000, plus opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
