Family Law Paralegal

Family Law ParalegalLHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a respected law firm to recruit an experienced family law paralegal. This full time position is ideal for a detail oriented professional with at least three years of experience supporting family law attorneys in matters such as divorce, custody, support, and related domestic issues. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage sensitive information, and experience handling a high volume of cases.Key Responsibilities:Assist attorneys with all aspects of family law cases from initial intake through resolutionPrepare and draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery responses, financial disclosures, and correspondenceManage case files and maintain accurate and organized records in both electronic and physical formatsCoordinate court filings and track deadlines to ensure compliance with court rules and proceduresCommunicate with clients regarding case status, documentation, and scheduling mattersSchedule hearings, mediations, depositions, and client meetingsAssist with discovery processes including document collection, organization, and productionPrepare trial materials including exhibits, witness lists, and case summariesSupport attorneys during hearings and trial preparation as neededHandle administrative tasks such as billing support, time entry, and file maintenanceQualifications:Minimum of three years of experience as a family law paralegal in a law firm settingStrong understanding of family law procedures and court filing requirementsExperience preparing financial affidavits, custody documentation, and discovery materialsExcellent organizational skills and strong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast paced environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with a client focused approachProficiency with Microsoft Office and legal case management systemsProfessionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential and sensitive mattersPay Details: $75,000.00 to $90,000.00 per yearSearch managed by: R.
