MOSH MOSH is a brain health company founded by Maria Shriver and Patrick Schwarzenegger. We make protein bars with a cognitive support blend (Cognizin Citicoline, Lion's Mane, and KSM-66 Ashwagandha), and we give a portion of every sale to Alzheimer's research through the Women's Alzheimer's Movement at Cleveland Clinic. We are DTC-first and subscription-driven, growing fast across e-commerce, Amazon, and retail, with a lot still to build. What You Will Do We're hiring a Senior Manager, Growth (DTC) to be the operational right hand to our VP of Growth. The VP sets strategy and owns the channels. You take the day-to-day and week-to-week off their plate. On two channels, CRO/web and email/SMS, you take full point: you manage the agencies, keep deadlines from slipping, and push the work from good to great. Across the rest (subscription and retention, paid, influencer, AEO/SEO/GEO) you support the VP's strategy. CRO / Web (you take point): Run the week-to-week with our CRO and web dev agency: collaborate with the VP on the roadmap and turn it into clear, actionable briefs, keep the test pipeline moving, QA what ships, and closely monitor performance. Pressure-test hypotheses and results, push for velocity and rigor, and call what to kill or scale. Keep the CRO numbers in front of the team (CVR, add-to-cart, checkout completion, subscription opt-in) and surface what to act on. Work hands-on to get the most out of our Shopify app stack (Rebuy, Intelligems, ReCharge, Okendo, and the like): configuration and optimization, not custom development. Email / SMS / Lifecycle (you take point): Run the week-to-week with our lifecycle agency: turn strategy into briefs, own the calendar, and keep campaigns and flows shipping on time. Review copy, design, and performance critically, and push for results. Keep the email and SMS numbers honest (revenue per send, flow attribution, deliverability, list health) and act on them. Bring hypotheses, test ideas, and customer insight to the partnership. Subscription & Retention (you support): Partner with the VP of Growth on subscription LTV and cohort health. Work with the CRO and lifecycle agencies to deploy onboarding and consumption-pacing programs, plus cancel-flow save mechanics (skip, delay, reduce quantity, downgrade) that cut early-tenure churn. Surface retention insights that feed the test and lifecycle roadmaps. Paid, Influencer, AEO/SEO/GEO (you support): Brief creative hooks and test hypotheses for Meta and TikTok, and read Meta Ads Manager and Triple Whale well enough to flag issues. Support influencer and affiliate execution: outreach, briefs, and performance tracking. Support on-page and AI-era search (AEO, SEO, GEO) so MOSH content gets surfaced and cited. Campaigns & Operations: Lead execution on product launches and promotional moments from brief to live. Own the marketing calendar across channels and keep workstreams moving. Pull and synthesize weekly and monthly performance reports and flag what to act on. Manage freelancers and agencies on execution: set direction, review output, hold them accountable. Who You Are You're an operator who can run a channel and its agency week to week, someone who knows the difference between great work and good work and has the drive to push for great every time. Fast-moving and resourceful, you figure things out without needing hand-holding. Collaboration is how you work, not just signing-off: you set direction, review work critically, and push for results without micromanaging. Qualifications: 4 to 7 years in DTC marketing, ideally at a subscription-first or food and beverage brand. Agency management: you have owned an agency or vendor relationship and gotten real performance out of it. CRO fluency: you know a strong test hypothesis when you see one, can read results, and tie them to revenue, even when an agency builds the test. Lifecycle fluency: you understand email and SMS strategy, segmentation, and flow logic well enough to direct an agency and judge their work. ReCharge and subscription mechanics: cancel-flow optimization and subscriber-level analytics. Shopify app stack: comfortable owning and optimizing the apps hands-on (Rebuy, Intelligems, ReCharge, Okendo and the like). Data-fluent across platforms and clear on which numbers actually matter. Strong writer across briefs, subject lines, and direction. Bonus: hands-on Klaviyo build, Shopify theme and page development or design, paid media management (Meta, TikTok), influencer or affiliate program management, or SEO/GEO/AEO experience in health and wellness. Benefits Base salary $110K to $125K depending on experience, plus performance bonus and equity.
