Position Overview

Kitchen Tune-Up is seeking a Sales Representative to work in the field with potential clients who have sought out our company to supply our services. This position works with professionalism and consistency to design spaces for our remodeling and home renovation clients. 

Responsibilities 

• Creates a proposal and related information to present to the customer with the goal of creating a sale.


• Revises quotes as customers’ wants and needs are assessed.


• Qualifies each prospect’s wants and needs into a plan of sales actions.


• Gathers information on all job-related products.


• Generate leads by working personal contacts and social media.


• Performs job site measuring and gathers the information necessary to create a cabinet layout, which meets the customer’s needs.


• Collects payments from clients.


• Manage lead flow and client projects from beginning to end.


• Conduct the Kitchen Tune-Up sales process (training is provided).


• Have confidence to ask for the sale, be persistent in follow-up, and have a strong desire to succeed.


• Generate leads at home shows and other networking, industry, and local events. 

Qualifications

• Must be located within 30 miles of Cary, NC


• Highly motivated, dependable, with strong work ethic


• Optimistic, enthusiastic, and friendly attitude


• Excellent written and verbal communication skills


• Strong negotiating skills


• Professional demeanor suitable to working in our clients homes


• Participate in home/trade shows


• High attention to detail


• Ability to set priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
