Position Summary The Senior Maintenance Technician leads advanced maintenance and repair of production equipment and facility systems to ensure safe, efficient operations. This role serves as a technical expert in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems, while mentoring team members and driving equipment reliability improvements. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventive maintenance on manual, semi-automated, and automated equipment Diagnose issues using PLCs, CNC controls, schematics, and technical manuals Support installation, testing, and validation of new equipment Maintain facility systems (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, lighting, structural) Perform machine adjustments (sensors, interlocks, control systems) Document work and manage equipment history in CMMS Lead root cause analysis and continuous improvement efforts Ensure compliance with LOTO, Arc Flash, and safety standards Train and mentor maintenance technicians Support capital projects and cross-functional teams Qualifications 5+ years of industrial maintenance experience Strong expertise in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems Ability to read schematics, ladder logic, and blueprints Experience with PLC troubleshooting and machine controls Strong problem-solving and communication skills Ability to work independently and in a team environment Willingness to work overtime as needed Preferred CMMS experience Lean Manufacturing knowledge (5S, root cause analysis) Experience with equipment installation and capital projects Physical Requirements Ability to work in industrial environments, including climbing ladders and lifting equipment as needed.
