About the Role

The Company is seeking a General Manager to take on a pivotal role in overseeing and coordinating all business and manufacturing operations. The successful candidate will be fully accountable for the site's financial performance, driving profitability through revenue growth, operational efficiency, and disciplined cost management. This includes maintaining the site Profit & Loss, evaluating sales performance, and ensuring that all activities are in line with budget and forecast. The General Manager will also be responsible for strategic planning, leading the development and execution of business strategies, and aligning site-level objectives with corporate goals. Additionally, the role involves oversight of sales, marketing, and business development, as well as ensuring operational excellence, quality, and safety. Applicants for the General Manager position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a technical field, with an MBA preferred, and 8-10 years of related leadership experience, particularly in manufacturing or industrial operations. The role requires a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, and excellent communication. The ideal candidate will have a visionary leadership style, be adept at change management, and have a creative, flexible, and innovative approach to leadership. Proficiency in modern business tools and software is also essential. The General Manager will work closely with executive leadership, corporate accounting, and human resources to ensure the implementation of effective policies, procedures, and workforce strategies.
