Data Entry Specialist Sparks Group has partnered up with a local community-based nonprofit organization in Rockville, MD on a short-term Data Entry position estimated to last 4-6 weeks. This position will support an important records transition project involving training documentation and file organization. The Data Entry Specialist will assist with retrieving employee training records from an online learning platform (Relias) and move them to their new system. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organized, computer-savvy, and comfortable working with large volumes of data and documents. Responsibilities: Access and retrieve training records from the Relias online training platform Save and organize files accurately within SharePoint Enter and verify words and numerical data Maintain accuracy and confidentiality when handling records Follow established processes and instructions provided by the team Complete approximately 2,200+ document transfers during the assignment Qualifications: Previous Data Entry or Administrative experience preferred Strong attention to detail Ability to work independently after training Strong accuracy and time management details This job is In-Person. Pay Range: Hourly $22.00 to $24.00.
