Kids Director

Job Responsibilities:

1. Lead and oversee the full Trinity Kids discipleship experience, creating a safe, fun, Jesus-centered Trinity Kids "camp" environment for every child and family.
2. Drive vision, strategy, and execution to scale Trinity Kids for growth to 500 children per service, building structure, systems, and teams for the new campus.
3. Lead, manage, and hold accountable (LMA) staff and key leaders while building a strong, healthy, and high-performing team culture.
4. Own volunteer recruitment, development, and deployment, creating systems that expand leadership and increase ministry reach.
5. Oversee all ministry operations including programming, environments, events, EOS implementation, and budget stewardship.

3. Strong communicator and culture builder who can cast vision and connect effectively with kids, parents, staff, and volunteers.
4. High-capacity operator who can manage multiple priorities, systems, and details in a fast-growing ministry environment.
5. Owner mindset with strong stewardship, follow-through, and responsibility for results.

1. Experience leading or building a kids ministry or similar environment at scale.
2. Background in recruiting, training, and developing large volunteer teams.
3. Familiarity with EOS or similar leadership and operational systems.
4. Experience managing ministry budgets, programming, and large-scale events.
5. Experience working in a church or ministry context with a strong focus on discipleship.
