CNC Machinist

If so, we're working with a great organization in their search for CNC Machinists for their 2nd shift. 2nd shift will be a 4-10 hour schedule! (Monday-Thursday 2:45 pm-1:15 am). 2nd shift candidates will train on 1st shift and then move to 2nd. This will be a direct hire opportunity!

Salary: $22-$26/Hour (BOE)

What your future day will look like:

• Set up/operate manual and CNC mills, lathes & grinders
• Edit CNC programs at the machine (G&M codes)
• Build set up fixtures as needed
• Perform quality checks using handheld gauges, calipers and micrometers
• Work with management to resolve quality issues
• Ability to follow/maintain production schedule to achieve production goals

Type: Direct Hire

To be a champion in this role, you will need:

• A.S. and/or certification in Machine Tool Technology is highly preferred
• 3+ years of machining experience
• Knowledge of program editing
• Ability to do quality checks
• Experience reading blueprints
• Ability to work 2nd shift
• Excellent communication skills (written/verbal)
