You will be part of a dedicated team comprising two experienced physical therapists and one physical therapist assistant (PTA). Key Responsibilities

• Assess and identify patient needs through comprehensive evaluations, ensuring individualized treatment plans are developed to address each patient's specific goals.
• Conduct clinical treatments with an efficient pace by managing a caseload of one patient per hour while maintaining high-quality, evidence-based care.
• Employ a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise prescriptions, and modalities to effectively enhance patient mobility.
• Engage with patients to motivate and encourage them throughout their treatment process, adapting approaches based on their individual progress and responses.
• Maintain meticulous patient records, documenting all services provided and monitoring treatment outcomes to inform ongoing care strategies.
• Collaborate with fellow healthcare professionals, including physicians and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive care plans are executed effectively.

The clinic primarily focuses on post-operative orthopedic patients, athletes, and individuals seeking rehabilitation after injuries or surgeries. Our patient demographics include active adults, seniors, and competitive athletes who require personalized treatment to achieve optimal functional capabilities. As a Physical Therapist, you will play a vital role in helping these diverse groups regain their independence and return to their daily activities successfully.

Qualifications

• Possession of a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited program.
• Current certification and active license as a Physical Therapist in the state of New Jersey.
• No history of board actions or disciplinary measures against your physical therapy license.
• Strong proficiency in manual therapy techniques and demonstrated ability to develop effective exercise regimens.
• Experience navigating electronic medical record (EMR) systems, particularly familiarity with platforms like WebPT.

Preferred Experience

• Prior experience working specifically in an orthopedic outpatient clinic is preferred.
• Background in sports rehabilitation or experience with athletic populations is advantageous.
• Demonstrated success in implementing innovative treatment methodologies that enhance patient engagement and outcomes.

Compensation and Benefits
