Work Environment

Located in the vibrant city of Hoboken, New Jersey, our clinic features a welcoming and modern environment tailored for both patient comfort and effective rehabilitation. The full-time position operates onsite, from Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm. Here, you will be collaborating closely with a team of dedicated healthcare professionals, including physicians, athletic trainers, and other therapists. Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients to develop customized treatment plans focused on achieving their individual rehabilitation goals.
• Manage a balanced caseload, ensuring each patient receives personalized attention and tailored therapeutic interventions that promote optimal recovery.
• Perform advanced orthopedic outpatient care utilizing manual therapy techniques and therapeutic modalities to address each patient's specific dysfunctions.
• Implement evidence-based exercise regimens and functional movement patterns to improve patients' mobility, strength, and overall physical performance.
• Focus on non-surgical treatment options that empower patients to manage their conditions while minimizing reliance on medications.
• Maintain clear and thorough documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes to meet regulatory requirements and support ongoing quality improvement efforts.
• Engage patients in their care journey, educating them about their conditions and rehabilitation processes to promote adherence and motivation.
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care effectively, ensuring that all aspects of a patient's health are considered.
• Conduct ongoing evaluations of treatment effectiveness and adjust care plans as necessary to ensure continuous improvement in patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus

In this role, you will primarily work with orthopedic patients spanning various age groups and activity levels, from athletes seeking to recover from sports injuries to older adults aiming to enhance mobility and daily functioning. Your expertise will be vital in addressing a diverse range of musculoskeletal conditions, injuries, and post-surgical rehabilitation needs.

Qualifications

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) from an accredited institution.
• Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey with no history of sanctions or disciplinary actions.
• Strong background in orthopedic physical therapy, with ability to deliver effective treatment interventions.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and a comprehensive understanding of therapeutic modalities.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems, particularly Web PT, is highly desirable.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in an outpatient setting with a focus on orthopedic rehabilitation.
• Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective home exercise programs tailored to individual patient needs.
• Continuing education in advanced physical therapy methodologies and contemporary evidence-based practices.

Compensation and Benefits

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 100,000 – 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
