Job Details JD and 3-7+ Years of Insurance Defense Litigation experience, especially in Bodily Injury, Construction Defect, and Employment Employment Law, General Liability, or Public Entity experience are all pluses Remote or Hybrid in LA, San Diego, or San Francisco Goal is 170 hours a month, bonusing for exceeding hours, as well as for business development Must be Active and in Good Standing with CA State Bar or NV State Bar -both is a plus!
