Location : Hartford, CT
Business Analysts
to support a high-priority initiative focused on
HRP (Health Reimbursement Program) Data Extraction and Automation . These roles are critical to ensuring timely and accurate identification of eligible members for reimbursement, and will play a key role in streamlining data workflows and enhancing automation capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support the automation of data extraction processes for HRP eligibility.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data mapping requirements and business rules.
Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization.
Develop and maintain documentation for data flows, mappings, and integration points.
Interface with technical teams to ensure seamless integration with APIs and downstream systems.
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements, present findings, and drive decisions.
Required Skills
Experience:
STTM (Source to Target Mapping)
- Strong experience in defining and managing data mappings.
SQL
- Advanced proficiency in querying, analyzing, and manipulating large datasets.
Data Mapping
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications.
APIM (API Management)
- Familiarity with API integration and management tools.
Communication
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
Self-starter with a proactive mindset and strong analytical skills.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
Able to quickly adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
Previous experience in healthcare or reimbursement programs is a plus.
