If you have a passion for aviation, a sharp eye for detail, and the technical expertise to keep aircraft operating safely and efficiently, we want to hear from you!****Key Responsibilities****· Perform routine maintenance updates on various aircraft systems and accessories.· Conduct regular maintenance tests and checks to ensure all components are fully functional.· Test aircraft safety and install replacement parts as needed for damaged or faulty components.· Maintain detailed reports and logs of inventory and completed work.· Diagnose and efficiently resolve faults in aircraft systems.· Stay updated with the latest industry advancements and technological developments.· Understand and adapt to changes in aircraft components and systems.****Required Qualifications and Skills****· A & P License.· Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in aircraft maintenance, with strong expertise in TBM aircraft.· Knowledge of precision tools and computerized equipment used in aviation repairs.· Strong attention to detail and adherence to safety standards.· Ability to lift and handle equipment weighing up to 75 lbs.****Competencies****· Demonstrates exceptional character and professionalism.· Experience working with sheet metal and composite materials.· Familiarity with Citation aircraft.· Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.· Ability to adapt to new technologies and advancements in the aviation industry.****Why Join Us?**** At The Blackhawk Group, you’ll be part of a fast-growing company that empowers employees and values continuous improvement.
