Field Support Specialist The Field Support Specialist provides communication and resolution to vendors, ensuring successful rollouts of new client business and ongoing client programs. The role handles escalated project issues, builds vendor relationships, and ensures client timelines are met. Key Responsibilities Manage new store openings, client rollouts, and existing client program changes across vendor branches, ensuring deadlines are met. Report project status to team members and vendor branches. Coordinate schedules for vendor branch transitions. Communicate client expectations to vendor branches. Resolve disputes between client locations and vendor branches with internal team members. Evaluate deliverables, establish schedules, identify and communicate issues, discuss project status, and determine internal resource requirements. Maintain records and data management for projects. Follow up with vendor branches on outstanding issues and build and maintain relationships with stakeholders. Requirements 2+ years of intermediate Microsoft Excel experience (calculation, VLookup, data manipulation). Intermediate Microsoft Word experience. Excellent interpersonal communication skills and ability to develop positive internal and external relationships. Demonstrated conflict resolution and negotiation skills. Strong customer service, problem‑solving, verbal and written communication skills. Highly organized, detail‑oriented, accurate, and able to juggle multiple priorities. Preferences Experience with JD Edwards, Business Objects, or similar ERP programs (Oracle, PeopleSoft, SAP) and report writer program (Crystal Reports). Education & Experience High school diploma required; post‑secondary education strongly preferred; Bachelor's degree preferred. With a Bachelor's degree, one year of advanced customer service experience is required; with a high school diploma, three years is required.
