Seeking Main Line Service Writer with Dealership Experience & Express Service Writers-We Will Teach!
- Earn $65,400 to $85,600+/yr (based on exp/skill)
- GENEROUS Base Salary + Commission + Bonuses!

As a result of incredible growth and increased customer demand, our DeYarman Ford of Indianola service center is in immediate need of additional friendly, customer service focused, knowledgeable Service Advisors to join us in providing the HIGHEST LEVELS of service to our AMAZING customers!

Responsibilities Include but are Not Limited to:
- Answering phones
- Overseeing service orders and flow of the Drive Lane
- Distributing the work between technicians in an efficient manner
- Maintaining the highest level of Customer Service with prompt, courteous & professional service
- Answering customer questions regarding their vehicle's problems or service, warranty and repairs
What We Seek:
- For MAIN LINE Service Writers: Prior Dealership Experience is REQUIRED
- For EXPRESS Service Writers: Experience in a secondary/aftermarket repair shop is a Plus but we will Teach
- Great Customer Service Skills
- Sales Skills are a PLUS (very helpful with upselling services)
- Great People Skills (friendly, ability to build good rapport w/ customers)
- Strong Communication Skills, both verbal and written
- Good Computer Skills
- Tekion Software familiarity/experience is a Plus but we will teach
- Must be Reliable, Dependable, and Punctual
