Key Responsibilities for the Senior Bookkeeper:
Manage month-end close, reconciliations, journal entries, and financial reporting for multiple clients
Maintain accurate financial records and deliver recurring financial statements
Support client communications and respond to routine accounting inquiries
Coordinate accounting workflows with internal team members and support resources
Utilize accounting technology and automation tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications for the Senior Bookkeeper:
4+ years of bookkeeping, CAS, outsourced accounting, or public accounting experience
Strong experience with month-end close, account reconciliations, and financial reporting
Proficiency with QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
Experience managing multiple clients and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
