Physiatry Director
$350k - $375kUS Physiatry
U.S. Physiatry is seeking a Director of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PMR) to provide inpatient rehab care in Jacksonville, FL. This full-time position offers the opportunity to join a national group of physiatrists committed to excellence in rehabilitation, with flexible practice options and strong leadership support. The role provides a choice between independent contractor (1099) and employed (W2) pay models.

- Stable practices anchored with inpatient rehab and supplemented with hospital consults and/or SNF and/or LTAC
Responsibilities
- Providing inpatient rehab care
Compensation
- Independent contractor (1099) and employed* (W2) pay model choice
- Base salary $350,000 – $375,000 yearly
- Sign On Bonus
- Monthly productivity bonus (no income cap)
- No practice overhead
