Mid-Level Corporate Associate Attorney (Capital Markets & Public Company) – Texas A highly regarded national law firm is seeking a mid-level Corporate Associate (Class of 2021–2023) to join its thriving practice in Texas. This opportunity is available in either Dallas or Houston and is ideal for an attorney who wants to deepen their experience in capital markets and sophisticated public company representation. The Opportunity You will join a dynamic corporate team advising established public companies and market participants on complex transactional and regulatory matters. The practice offers meaningful responsibility from day one, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to work on headline‑making transactions within a collaborative, high-performance environment.
