Integrated Marketing Manager

We're looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to lead cross functional marketing execution across product launches, brand campaigns, seasonal initiatives, events, PR, content production, and key business priorities. You'll serve as the central project owner, aligning Brand, Growth, Trade Marketing, International, Creative, and Sales to ensure every initiative launches on time, on budget, and with excellence. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and skilled at managing multiple complex projects at once.

Responsibilities

• Own go to market planning and execution for product launches, campaigns, and promotions
• Build and maintain integrated marketing calendars and launch timelines
• Coordinate across Growth, Brand, Creative, Trade Marketing, International, Sales, Product Development, and Operations
• Lead weekly cross functional meetings to keep stakeholders aligned on deliverables and deadlines
• Manage photoshoots, events, trade shows, and brand activations from concept through execution
• Oversee PR strategy and agency relationships
• Coordinate marketing assets across every channel, including website, email, paid media, retail, and social
• Track project risks, bottlenecks, and resource gaps
• Build post campaign reporting to guide future execution

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in integrated marketing, brand marketing, product marketing, or project management
• Proven track record leading complex cross functional initiatives from planning through execution
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, and freelancers
• Ability to drive accountability across teams without direct authority
• Comfort operating with urgency in a fast paced, ambiguous environment

Preferred

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• Experience in juvenile products, lifestyle, consumer goods, family brands, retail, or premium DTC brands
• Background leading product launches, planning events and photoshoots, and working in a founder led or rapidly scaling business
