Global Risk & Analytics Manager

This position will be primarily responsible for leading Strategic Analysis activities in the Analytics Center of Excellence for YMFC GRC function covering all regions in the globe supervised by YMFC. Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to, analyzing portfolio decisions and performance, analyzing loss performance factors, developing operations strategy, and supporting credit origination analytics. The areas of focus include originations, portfolio management strategy/criteria design, vintage analysis, portfolio segmentation, operations strategy, demographic analysis, collections performance and modeling to optimize portfolio performance for all YMFC regions. What you'll be doing Manage a team of risk and reporting analysts to provide analytical and reporting support to all YMFC departments and regions Lead key business initiatives like strategy design and adjustments.
