Fitness Director

Fitness Program Manager

Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a fitness program, ensuring high standards of service and facility maintenance. Manages staff, develops programs, and ensures that the program meets its operational and financial goals.

Education: Bachelor's Degree Sports Fitness required or Bachelor's Degree Cardiopulmonary & Exercise Science required or Bachelor's Degree Related Field of Study required. Can this role accept experience in lieu of a degree? Yes.

Licenses and Credentials: Certification in Personal Training is required for this role.

Experience: Experience in health, wellness or fitness programs, preferably in a healthcare setting. 3-5 years required and Supervisory or leadership experience. 2-3 years preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Strong leadership and team management abilities. Knowledge of fitness program development and health & safety standards. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage budgets and financial performance. Proficiency in fitness equipment and facility management. Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Pay Range: $70,990.40 - $103,230.40/Annual
