Life Claims Examiner

To support the Claims organization, the full-time remote Life Claims Examiner II will investigate, evaluate, interpret, and determine the payment or denial of life claims while ensuring ethical management, accurate calculations, and proactive communication with stakeholders. Key responsibilities Process routine and complex life claims, ensuring compliance with established procedures and quality standards Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to gather necessary claim information and address inquiries Provide support and guidance to junior team members regarding claims processes and procedures Required qualifications High School diploma or GED 2-3 years of relevant claims experience Experience with life claims is highly preferred Strong mathematical skills for payment calculations Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
