We are seeking a Senior Salesforce Marketing Cloud Developer to support enterprise-level digital marketing initiatives for a large-scale client. This role requires strong hands-on development skills within SFMC and complementary experience in API integrations, data handling, and platform connectivity with Salesforce CRM.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop dynamic, personalized marketing campaigns using SSJS and AMPscript
- Design and build data-driven email programs within Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Work with internal and external APIs, including REST/SOAP integrations and middleware platforms like MuleSoft
- Write and optimize SQL queries to manage, extract, and analyze complex data sets
- Configure and manage MobileConnect, handling opt-in/opt-out compliance and integration with third-party systems
- Integrate Marketing Cloud with Salesforce CRM (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, etc.)
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and use tools like Jira and Confluence for documentation and collaboration
- Stay current with marketing technology trends and bring innovative thinking to campaign development
- 6+ years of professional development experience, with 4+ years focused in SFMC
- Strong command of SSJS, AMPscript, and Email Studio
- Experience with API development/integration, especially in marketing data pipelines
- Advanced SQL skills and knowledge of data modeling and complex structures
- Familiarity with Salesforce ecosystem integrations
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Passion for marketing automation, CRM strategy, and digital personalization
- Experience with MuleSoft or similar middleware platforms
- Salesforce certifications
