Field Marketing Representative | Hourly Pay + Bonuses | No Sales Closing Required.

Are you the kind of person who enjoys meeting new people and doesn't mind getting a few extra steps in during the day? We're looking for outgoing, energetic people to meet homeowners, start conversations, and help schedule appointments for our home improvement team. You'll spend your days outdoors, meet a lot of people, and get paid to be the friendly face of our company.

Field Marketing Representative:

What You’ll Do:

• Generate quality leads for our sales team by canvassing local neighborhoods door-to-door.
• Represent our trusted brand with professionalism and enthusiasm.
• Build positive first impressions and lasting community relationships.
• Track daily activity and report results to your supervisor.

What We’re Looking For:

• Outgoing, friendly personality and comfortable speaking with homeowners.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• A sense of humor and ability to work outdoors.

Pay:

• $45,000 - $55,000.
• Start at $15/hour and receive commissions.

Job Type:

Full-time: Monday through Friday 10am to 6pm and Saturday 10am to 3pm.
