An industry leader in cutting-edge technology and infrastructure solutions is seeking a detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee administrative functions and optimize office operations. This position plays a key role in streamlining processes, supporting leadership, and maintaining a professional and engaging workplace. Who You Are You have 3+ years of experience in office management and/or executive assistance Highly organized and detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative settings Comfortable with technology and adept at using office productivity tools What You’ll Do Oversee coordination and management of office visitors Coordinate meetings and ensure seamless scheduling across teams Plan and execute events such as the annual holiday party Manage office inventory and maintain a well-stocked, efficient workspace Oversee expense reporting and assist with budget tracking Serve as the go-to person for day-to-day office operations and vendor coordination What Success Looks Like The office runs smoothly with minimal disruptions and maximum efficiency Meetings and events are well-organized, creating a professional and welcoming experience Administrative tasks are completed promptly, supporting the team’s ability to focus on strategic priorities Salary Range: $90,000 – 100,000 annually, based on experience Benefits Health insurance (only $1 employee contribution!), 4 weeks PTO, free Equinox membership, and more!
