Note: Applicants must be licensed to practice law in California and have 8+ years of litigation experience, including at least 3+ years handling construction, business, or real estate litigation matters. Confidential Employer. Job Description Independently manage a full litigation caseload from intake through resolution. Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials. Develop litigation strategy and provide trusted legal counsel directly to clients. Represent clients in construction, business, and real estate disputes. Collaborate with paralegals and legal support staff to efficiently move matters forward. Build and maintain strong long-term client relationships. Contribute to the continued growth and reputation of the firm's litigation practice. Qualifications Active California Bar license in good standing. 8+ years of civil litigation experience. 3+ years of construction, business, or real estate litigation experience. Experience independently managing complex litigation matters. Trial and/or arbitration experience as lead or co-counsel preferred. Excellent written, oral, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills.
