Senior Attorney (Real Estate Litigation)

Job Description Experience: Senior Level Salary: $175,000 - $300,000 per year Job Details Represent clients in civil court proceedings and before government agencies Draft, prepare, and review legal documents including pleadings, motions, contracts, and settlement agreements Handle law and motion practice, including filing and arguing motions Negotiate settlements for real estate, landlord/tenant, and construction-related disputes Advise clients on legal rights, risks, and strategies related to their real estate and business matters Ensure compliance with all applicable California legal standards and regulations Perform administrative and management functions as they relate to the day-to-day practice of law Qualifications Active California State Bar license (required) Minimum 5 years of experience in legal drafting and legal research Experience in real estate law, construction law, and/or landlord/tenant law, with a preference for California commercial real estate litigation Solid understanding of California civil procedure Proven ability to draft and argue motions, negotiate settlements, and represent clients effectively in court Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple matters simultaneously Excellent written and verbal communication skills Real estate broker's license is a plus, but not required A bit about us: Founded over a decade ago and based in North Hollywood, with an additional office in Carlsbad, we are a litigation-focused California law firm representing commercial landlords, property owners, developers, contractors, and business operators in high-stakes real estate and civil disputes.
