Senior Litigation Attorney

Senior Litigation Attorney Career Consulting Partners has partnered with a boutique plaintiff civil litigation firm near the Glendale Galleria. We are seeking a highly capable Senior Litigation Attorney with 4-6 years of experience in plaintiff personal injury litigation. This position is ideal for an attorney who is confident managing a case from filing through trial. While our in‑house trial team is available to support, we value attorneys with courtroom and trial experience who can independently drive cases forward and take the lead when needed. IDEAL CANDIDATE: Handle personal injury cases from initial filing through trial preparation Strategically manage discovery, expert retention, and deposition practice Take and defend depositions, including plaintiffs, defendants, medical providers, experts, and witnesses Draft and argue substantive and dispositive motions Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Work closely with clients, experts, co‑counsel, and in‑house trial team REQUIREMENTS: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Active member in good standing with the California State Bar Minimum 4-6 years of litigation experience in Personal Injury or Civil Litigation Experience managing personal injury cases through advanced litigation stages Trial experience (first or second chair) preferred Excellent organizational, writing, and communication abilities COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 Plus Attorney Fee Structure 401k Matching PTO, Holiday Pay Disability, Life, Vision, Dental, Medical LOCATION: Glendale, CA Near the Glendale Galleria ***Please note that we at Career Consulting Partners will be sure to keep your information private.
