Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and cultivate a trusting therapeutic alliance with clients, fostering open communication.

• Conduct thorough assessments to accurately identify mental health and relational issues.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each client's unique circumstances, ensuring therapeutic approaches are evidence-based.

• Provide ongoing therapy sessions including individual, couple, and family formats, adapting strategies as needed based on progress.

• Regularly evaluate and monitor therapeutic outcomes, making adjustments to treatment plans to better meet client needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license is required.

• A master's or doctoral degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
