Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients by conducting thorough assessments, reviewing medical histories, and utilizing specialized tests to determine appropriate rehabilitation strategies.
• Develop individual treatment plans that incorporate patient and family input, clearly explaining the evaluation findings, and setting achievable goals together.
• Implement treatment protocols effectively, utilizing evidence-based techniques tailored to each patient's conditions, and document progress meticulously.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary healthcare professionals to optimize patient care, recognizing changes in patients' conditions necessitating adjustments to treatment plans.
• Facilitate discharge planning, ensuring patients are well-prepared for continued care post-therapy and meticulously documenting all relevant care activities.
• Manage your schedule with efficiency and meet productivity targets while participating in community outreach and marketing initiatives.
• Contribute to departmental goals by adhering to best practices and compliance regulations, actively engaging in quality improvement discussions.

Qualifications

Compensation and Benefits
