Project Manager

Employment Resource Group Inc

An established construction firm is seeking a dynamic Project Manager in both Onalaska, WI and Des Moines, IA to drive complex projects ranging from $3M to $32M. This role sits within an organization that deeply values relationship-building and resourcefulness. The ideal candidate will join a collaborative team focused on excellence and getting things done right.

Job Duties:

Leading multimillion-dollar projects from conception through completion
Collaborating with design teams while managing client relationships
Providing comprehensive feedback to all stakeholders
Executing full project design responsibilities
Managing project planning, risk assessment, and resource allocation

Qualifications:

8-15 years of project management experience
Proven success managing multimillion-dollar projects
Experience with full project design execution
Strong understanding of construction industry best practices
Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects independently
