Travel Surgical Tech/ORT - Certified Surgical Technologist/CST

American Traveler is seeking a Certified Surgical Technologist for a hospital surgical services position requiring at least 18 months of recent CST experience.

• Hospital surgical services department,
• Day shift schedule, 3x12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM,

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 18 months of recent, permanent CST experience required,
• General surgery experience preferred,
• Current AHA BLS certification required,
• Active certifications required at time of consideration; pending certifications not accepted,
• Permanent Ohio license or compact license required if applicable,
• One professional reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the applicable specialty required,

Additional Information

• Travelers expected to work every other holiday,
• PBDS assessment is waived; ECG rhythm recognition and safeMedicate assessments completed during orientation with up to two attempts to pass,
• COVID-19 and flu vaccines required with medical/religious exemptions only,
• Nurses and CSTs are currently exempt from the facility's nicotine-free policy,
• Accepts local candidates at the same bill rate,
• Permanent employees may not return to Cleveland Clinic hospitals for 1 year from their previous end date
