Travel RN - ICU

American Traveler is hiring an experienced ICU RN for a night shift position requiring at least 2 years of ICU experience and an IN or compact RN license.

Job Details

• Work in a 24-bed Intensive Care Unit,
• Patient population includes medical, neuro, cardiac, GI, renal, sepsis, trauma, and surgical patients, excluding fresh open heart surgery cases,
• Patient ratio ranges from 1:1 to 1:3,
• Night shift schedule from 18:45 to 07:15,
• 13-week assignment length,

Job Requirements

• Active IN or compact RN license required,
• BLS certification (AHA) required,
• ACLS certification (AHA) required,
• Minimum 2 years of ICU nursing experience required,
• Nursys license verification required within 30 days prior to start,
• Current license and primary source verification required within 30 days prior to start,
• Must possess a US Social Security Number and provide a US home address,

• Care for complex ICU patients across multiple medical specialties,
• Radius rule applies which may affect pay rate for local candidates,
• First-time travelers may be considered,
• Travelers should discuss extension with their manager approximately 45 days before assignment end date,
