We pride ourselves on our "White Glove" service model by delivering the best patient experience possible.Shared Imaging is looking for a Full Time Regional Operations Supervisor in San Jose, CA.Work Schedule:Remote/work from home opportunity, required onsite visits in the San Jose, CA areaOccasional travel to Vallejo, Santa Rosa, Clovis and Petaluma (targeting quarterly travel)Unit coverage will be with our PET/CT and MRI units The ideal candidate must possess:Effective organizational and interpersonal skills, ability to communicate and manage at all levels of the organization. Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.Abiltiy to address issues quickly and directly while maintaining a professional demeanor.A solid understanding of P&L reports and the drivers behind profitability.Experience creating and cultivating engaged, self-directed teams.Above average skill-level with Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Education, Experience and TravelBachelors Degree.3 years of overall operations management experience.2 years of people management experience.Knowledge of the US healthcare industry, diagnostic imaging trends and technology.Graduate of an approved radiology technology program and is/was ARRT registered or NMTCB registered by an approved registry organization, preferred.Radiology Department Supervisor / Manager, preferred.We value our employees and we want them to be healthy and happy. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors. This position is also eligible for a performance-based merit increase annually. Candidates will be assessed and provided offers against the minimum qualifications for this role and their individual experience.
