Accounting Manager

Overview Accounting Manager responsible for leading the accounting team and managing financial processes. Base pay range provided; actual pay based on skills and experience. Base pay range $100,000.00/yr - $125,000.00/yr Responsibilities Accounting Team Management – Daily management of accounting department personnel and deliverables. AR/AP Management – Manage personnel to execute daily transactions accurately and ensure all documentation is prepared completely. Trade Spend Management – Manage and administer the trade spend tracking process; ensure all transactions are tracked and coded correctly. Netsuite Process Development and Improvement – Ensure all transactions are captured and coded correctly in Netsuite ERP; identify opportunities to improve processes and system functionality. Weekly Cash Reporting & Management Credit & Collections Management – Oversee credit and collections policy; weekly reporting on performance and opportunities for improvement. Management of all foreign Taxes, Reporting and Accounting. Line of Credit Management – Oversee daily administration with lenders; ensure timely and precise documentation; monitor availability and request funds as necessary. Ad Hoc reporting and analysis Accounting Process Development and Improvement Basic Qualifications 7+ years of experience in the Finance team of a mid-sized business, preferably in the wholesale food and beverage or CPG industry Bachelor’s degree in accounting or business preferred Experience with ERP Systems such as Netsuite Job Details Seniority level: Mid-Senior level Employment type: Full-time Job function: Accounting/Auditing and Finance Industries: Accounting Referrals increase your chances of interviewing at CFS.
