Key Responsibilities

• Assess and understand the individual goals and needs of each patient, ensuring a personalized treatment approach.
• Manage a patient caseload that typically includes one patient per hour, allowing for comprehensive, focused care.
• Utilize advanced manual therapy techniques to treat orthopedic conditions while promoting patient comfort and mobility.
• Design and execute cost-effective treatment plans aimed at improving patients' motion and overall functionality.
• Encourage and implement non-surgical therapeutic alternatives and minimize reliance on pharmaceuticals whenever possible.
• Develop customized fitness and wellness programs tailored to the unique requirements of each patient.
• Document patient progress and treatment responses accurately to maintain a clear record of care and compliance.
• Motivate and guide patients through their treatment process, fostering a positive and empowering experience.
• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Continuously evaluate your treatment efficacy and make adjustments as needed to enhance recovery and rehabilitation.

Patient Population / Client Focus

At Strive Physical Therapy, you will primarily work with individuals recovering from orthopedic issues such as fractures, joint replacements, sports injuries, and chronic pain conditions. Our diverse patient population ranges from athletes striving to regain their peak performance to older adults seeking to manage age-related physical limitations. Your role will be essential in promoting their health and well-being through tailored rehabilitation strategies.

Qualifications

• A Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
• Current and active licensure as a Physical Therapist in the state of California, with no disciplinary actions against your license.
• Strong background in orthopedic outpatient physical therapy, with at least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in manual therapy techniques and creating effective exercise prescriptions.
• Familiarity with electronic medical record (EMR) systems, specifically WebPT, to streamline documentation and patient management.

Preferred Experience

• Experience working in a high-volume outpatient setting, managing multiple patient cases effectively.
• Advanced knowledge of rehabilitation protocols for a wide range of orthopedic conditions.
• Strong interpersonal skills that aid in patient motivation and the establishment of therapeutic rapport.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation for this position ranges from $100,000 to $125,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
