Overview Registered Nurse - Radiology Location: Cumming, Georgia, United States Start Date: 07/26/2026 Duration: 13 weeks Weekly pay: $2,318–$2,529 per week Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week Shift: Four 10-hour daytime shifts per week Setting: Hospital travel assignment Employment Type: Travel - Temporary Assignment Note: No local candidates within 50 miles. Responsibilities Provide patient care in the radiology department, including pre-procedure assessment, equipment setup, patient positioning, monitoring, and post-procedure observation as needed. Verify imaging orders, maintain patient safety, and ensure proper sterilization and infection control practices. Collaborate with radiology technologists and physicians to ensure accurate imaging procedures and timely communication of results. Monitor patient status during procedures, manage IV access and contrast administration per protocol, and respond to any emergent changes in condition. Document care, vitals, procedures, and any deviations in the electronic health record; ensure accurate patient identification and consent. Requirements Relocation to assignment location required; no local candidates within 50 miles. Availability for a 13‑week travel assignment with guaranteed 40 hours per week. Willingness to work in a hospital radiology setting as part of a multidisciplinary team. Ability to meet credentialing and background check requirements per travel assignment. Eligible to work in the United States and able to comply with assignment‑specific policies and procedures. Four 10‑hour daytime shifts per week; schedule may be subject to department needs.
