Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP)

Pediatrix & Obstetrix, in partnership with a nationally recognized metropolitan Atlanta hospital system—Northside Hospital—are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Neonatal Nurse Practitioner (NNP) to join a rapidly expanding Level III NICU team providing the highest level of neonatal care in one of the region's most respected maternity and newborn care centers, supporting 1,400–1,500 NICU/SCN admissions annually in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment committed to excellence, innovation, and compassionate care for medically fragile newborns.

Job Description:

• Provide advanced neonatal care in a Level III NICU at Northside Hospital in Atlanta
• Manage care for critically ill and premature newborns in a high-volume NICU/SCN (1,400–1,500 annual admissions)
• Work in a multidisciplinary team including: Neonatologists (including dual-boarded specialists in genetics) Pediatric intensivists Newborn nursery pediatricians Nurse practitioners Research nurses
• Deliver individualized, evidence-based care to medically complex newborns
• Participate in collaborative clinical decision-making for NICU patients
• Support newborn stabilization, treatment planning, and ongoing intensive care management
• Engage in a supportive, well-established practice with strong hospital and community integration
• Contribute to a fast-growing neonatal program with expanding coverage needs
• Work 24-hour NICU shifts (schedule flexibility included)

State License Requirements: Georgia

Additional License Requirements: Minimum of a Master's degree in Nursing (MSN or higher)
