Full-time roles are available for experienced Speech-Language Pathologists to work onsite within both elementary and high school environments. As a valued resource on campus, you’ll provide essential speech and language services that help students reach their full academic and social potential.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Valid SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
• Prior SLP experience in school-based settings strongly desired
• Ability to work with a diverse student caseload across elementary and secondary levels
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Conducting evaluations to assess students’ speech and language needs
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans
• Delivering direct therapy services both individually and in groups
• Collaborating with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Keeping thorough documentation in compliance with state and district guidelines
• Participating in IEP meetings and helping design accommodations for academic success
• Educating staff and parents on communication strategies
