As an SLP, you will work onsite, engaging directly with elementary or high school students. This is a contract role for the 2026-2027 school year.

Qualifications and Desired Skills

• Active and current SLP license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Experience in school-based settings, with preference for elementary and/or high school populations
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to effectively collaborate within a multidisciplinary team
• Dedication to student growth and a positive, flexible attitude

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to student caseload, both individually and in group sessions
• Develop and implement personalized therapy plans addressing each student’s unique needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other special education staff to support students’ IEP goals
• Regularly assess and document progress, adjusting interventions as necessary
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluation processes
