Position Overview The OptiMinds Inc. is seeking an experienced Scheduler IV to support large-scale construction programs. This role is responsible for developing, analyzing, and maintaining project schedules, conducting cost and risk analysis, and providing actionable insights to support decision-making across multiple projects. Key Responsibilities Coordinate the preparation of detailed project schedules aligned with execution strategies Review contractor schedules for compliance with contract requirements and quality standards Evaluate change orders and amendments for impacts on schedule and budget Perform time impact analysis for project delays and claims Participate in change order negotiations Conduct Critical Path Method (CPM) and Earned Value analysis Identify scheduling issues and recommend corrective actions and innovative solutions Conduct site visits to assess progress and prepare accurate progress reports Review contractor schedule updates and prepare executive-level reporting summaries Evaluate recovery schedules and recommend improvements Support cost analysis efforts during design and construction phases Analyze actual expenditures against project budgets Develop cost-loaded schedules to support cash flow projections Interpret contracts, policies, and procedures to ensure compliance Communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels Work across multiple project sites based on assignment needs Minimum Qualifications Minimum 10 years of experience in project/program scheduling on large construction programs Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or related field Additional relevant experience may substitute education on a year-for-year basis Advanced proficiency with Primavera (P6) Scheduling Software and Microsoft Office Suite (Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Strong knowledge of cost engineering, scheduling principles, and construction project controls Proven experience in time impact analysis, construction claims and change orders Strong communication and organizational skills Ability to thrive in fast-paced, multi-project environments Flexibility to travel to multiple project sites Comprehensive Health Insurance (medical, dental, and vision) Paid Time Off for personal and vacation days Equal Opportunity Provider The OptiMinds Inc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
