Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree, active Pharmacist license, and minimum 1+ years Pharmacist experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

A hospital is seeking two Clinical Pharmacists to provide expert pharmaceutical care in a Level I Pediatric Trauma Center. This opportunity involves a 13-week contract starting in early November with day and evening shifts available from 12 PM to 8 PM. The schedule specifics will be discussed during the interview.

Location:

• Ellendale, TN area (serving a major children's hospital)

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide consultative services and clinical expertise to evaluate medication use and improve therapeutic outcomes.
• Support and promote continuous improvement within pharmacy practice.
• Process medication orders and prescriptions accurately.
• Advise healthcare professionals and patients on safe medication administration.
• Ensure compliance with medication safety policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Minimum 2 years recent pediatric pharmacy experience required.
• Must hold an active Tennessee pharmacist license.
