SA Senior Communications Creator and Trainer

As a senior Communications Creator and Trainer within Service Adoption this role plays a critical role in the global rollout of M365 Copilot driving consistent responsible and effective adoption at enterprise scale The role designs and delivers clear engaging and practical communications and learning experiences that enable employees across regions to confidently and productively use Copilot in their day to day work Operating at the intersection of product change and risk the role translates evolving Copilot capabilities governance and guidance into simple outcome focused narratives and training assets that drive measurable behaviour changenot just awareness By creating fit for purpose content guides demos videos and live enablement sessions and delivering targeted role based training aligned to real usage patterns the role directly improves both speed of adoption and quality of use Working closely with Product Regional Change Leads Risk and Change teams the role ensures that communications and training are accurate consistent and aligned with firmwide guardrails while remaining practical scalable and accessible for non technical audiences This role is instrumental in enabling a coordinated compliant and user centric Copilot rollout across the global firm
