Luxury residential property management company is looking to fill a relief Concierge position, located in the Upper East Side of Manhattan. The ideal candidate is someone who has prior residential building experience, has a professional demeanor, and can provide exceptional hospitality service to residents and guests. Prior experience utilizing BuildingLink is a plus.

Job specific duties include but are not limited to:

• Interaction with residents and guests and provide superior customer service.
• Provides general information regarding the area and directions.
• Professionally answer calls, take messages
• Develops and maintains service relationships to fulfill the needs of residents and guests.
• Receives all mail and packages and ensures proper distribution
• Liaise with building management and maintenance staff to respond to emergencies
• Stays alert and undistracted to provide full attention to entrances, exits, and security systems
• Maintains orderliness of the front desk
• Monitors scheduled move-in/move-out processes

Basic Responsibilities:

• Comply with company policies, practices and procedures.
• Represent company as a professional in appearance and manner.
• Communicate written and oral communication at the highest level of professionalism and integrity.
• Perform quality and quantity duties as expected for position.
• Complete company required training courses as assigned.

Basic Requirements:

• High School diploma or GED
• Able to read and observe surroundings.
• Able to physically perform duties at the speed, mobility and force necessary.
• Execute tasks with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Perform responsibilities with honesty and integrity.
• Possess ability to adapt to changing environment.
