RPM Living is seeking an on-site Community Manager to oversee all operations at a multi-family apartment community. You will lead staff, manage leasing, budgeting, and resident relations while collaborating with maintenance and HR to ensure excellent service and performance. The ideal candidate has 3+ years in multi-family property management, strong leadership, and proficiency in Microsoft Office and PM software.
