HR Coordinator

Human Resources Coordinator - Temporary-to-Hire

Pay: $20-$28 per hour, based on experience
Employment Type: Temporary with the potential for long-term employment

We are seeking an organized and adaptable Human Resources Coordinator to support daily HR operations within a fast-paced automotive parts distribution center. This is a hands-on position that combines employee support, new-hire onboarding, HR documentation, and general administrative responsibilities.

What You Need

• At least two years of HR experience

• Manufacturing, warehouse, or distribution experience is strongly preferred

• Strong organizational and documentation skills

• Ability to work quickly while maintaining accuracy

• Flexibility and adaptability as priorities change

• Professional communication skills and emotional maturity

• Ability to handle sensitive employee information confidentially

• Safety-focused mindset

• Experience with Paylocity or another HRIS is preferred

• Comfort scanning, uploading, and maintaining electronic documents

What Your Role Will Look Like

• Prepare for and conduct new-hire orientations

• Support onboarding and ensure required documentation is completed

• Scan, upload, organize, and maintain employee records

• Enter and update employee information in Paylocity

• Assist with general HR documentation and administrative needs

• Manage employee locker assignments and related records

• Respond professionally to employee questions and concerns

• Help support a safe and organized workplace

• Assist the HR team as business needs and priorities change

This is a temporary position with the possibility of transitioning into a long-term role based on performance and business needs.
