You thrive in dynamic environments, enjoy translating data into actionable plans, and are eager to influence both process efficiency and personnel development.Further Information About This OpportunityMUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.The selected candidate must be able to obtain a secret clearance.Analyzes and designs sequence of operations and work flow to improve efficiencies in plant and production facilities and equipment layouts; and establishes methods for maximum utilization of production facilities and personnel. May establish or assist in establishing accident prevention measures and may manage training programs for personnel concerning all phases of production operations. Conducts studies pertaining to cost control, cost reduction, inventory control, and production record systems. On the basis of these studies, develops and implements plans and programs for facility modifications and revisions to operating methods. May assist facilities engineers in the planning and design of facilities.Basic QualificationsBachelor’s degree from an accredited college in Industrial Engineering (or a related discipline) Experience in Microsoft Excel including advanced formulas and Pivot TablesExperience with SAP and an MES SystemExperience with Data Visualization tools such as tableauDesired SkillsExperience in analyzing cost and schedule metrics for a manufacturing companyExperience developing resource capacity and manpower plansStrong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skillsMaster's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related disciplineExperience with learning curve applicationPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $79300.00 - $147300.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
