Educate customers on current promotions, service plans, and product features. Deliver a professional, consultative sales experience while building long-term customer relationships. Demonstrate wireless devices and accessories with confidence and enthusiasm. Accurately process sales transactions while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales performance goals. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional retail environment. Stay informed on new products, promotions, and industry trends. Collaborate with team members to support daily operations and overall store success. Qualifications Must be at least 18 years of age. High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, marketing, or hospitality is a plus but not required.
