Location: Southwest Denver/Lakewood, CO
Total Compensation: Base of $22 to $24 per hour plus mos & qtr bonuses to equal $48,000-$52.000 annually; in addition, you'll receive  Leasing Commissions ranging between $3,000-$7,000 annually

• Compensation : $22 to $24 per hour, based on experience; monthly and quarterly bonuses to equal $48,000-$52.000 annually
• Generous Leasing commissions paid per lease signed on an increasing basis (once they move in), ranging between $3,000 and $7,000 annually
• Hiring bonus- $1,000: ($300 upon hire, $700 after 6 months)

• Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents

• Conduct apartment tours and assist with applications, lease documentation, and move-ins

• Maintain accuracy and organization in leasing software (Yardi & Rent Café required)

• Support curb appeal and property presentation standards

• Use video tours and self-showing tools as needed

• Communicate clearly and professionally with residents, guests, and team members

• Contribute to a supportive, respectful workplace that aligns with our cultural values

• 1+ years of leasing experience in the multifamily industry (required)
• Bilingual in English and Spanish required
• Customer service skills with empathy, professionalism, and attention to detail
• Experience with Google Workspace and property management software (Yardi & Rent Café preferred)
• A proactive mindset, ability to prioritize, and desire to grow in your career
• Reliable attendance and willingness to adapt in a fast-paced environment
